Alexander-Arnold’s £90 000 Range Rover helps him escape death ahead of Everton vs Liverpool – Trent Alexander-Arnold managed to escape death on Friday because he drives a good car. That is the opinion of fans but the Liverpool star would have been dead by now had the brakes and stirring on his £90,000 Range Rover disappointed him.

The England international was forced to hold the brakes and swerved before colliding with another car escaping a sudden death. The Sun reports that a 40-foot electricity pylon was uprooted in 70mph winds which the player nearly ran into.

He was left ‘shaken’ after the near-death experience as he escaped unharmed without any injuries. The incident was said to have happened on a wet country lane in Cheshire.

A Police Statement said, “At 10.34am we were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a black Range Rover and a BMW,’ Cheshire Police said in a statement.

“An electricity pole had fallen into the road, causing the accident. Nobody was injured and everything was cleared by 1.05pm.

“We called the energy company and had the electricity turned off.’ Everton will travel to Goodison Park to face Liverpool on Sunday and Alexander-Arnold still did all he could to later attend training after the crash.

Being one of the Reds’ key players, the 25-year-old has played 280 games for the club, scoring 16 goals from his role as a defender. He has also providing 73 assists
